Joe is a photographer and tour guide with a deep love for Christ and the Holy Land. His imagery reflects a unique blend of reverence and curiosity, capturing not just what a place looks like, but what it invites us to remember. His work invites people to pause, notice, and engage the world through the lens of presence.
Andra Hall | Writer
Andra is a writer and integrative practitioner who helps people notice what matters. She teaches people to slow down and pay attention through Scripture, reflection, story, and art. While navigating chronic illness with her patients, she began to see how Jesus shows up in the everyday. She is now passionate about helping people experience beauty and belonging in a fast-paced world.

Why We Wrote This Book
As the co-founders of Balsam Tours, a Christian tour operator in the Holy Land, we experienced how powerful it is to walk where Jesus walked. But we also know that many people may never have the opportunity to visit the Holy Land.
During the quiet of 2023, as we navigated the uncertainty of geopolitical instability in the Holy Land, we began to ask: What if we could help people experience the story of Jesus and the Holy Land in a new way? What if we could bring the power of place, image, and Scripture together in a form people could hold in their hands?
The Rocks Cry Out is our response. A book for the visually curious, the spiritually hungry, and anyone longing to connect more deeply with the story of Christ.
We designed it as a beautiful invitation. One that helps people pause, reflect, and remember what matters.
